James Calderwood has been promoted to vice president of operations. In his new role, Calderwood will lead more than 80 clinics, a patient contact center and compounding laboratories in AllerVie’s 13 states. He will be responsible for achieving operational excellence, managing P&L, leading strategic growth initiatives and ensuring staff optimization. Prior to his promotion, Calderwood served as Senior Regional Director of Operations where he oversaw the operations of over 30 clinics in Northeastern Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

Becky Minyard has been promoted to vice president of human resources. Minyard, who previously held the position of senior director of human resources, has been instrumental in driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, MD recruiting, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and organizational learning and development. In his new capacity, Minyard will continue to lead the human resources team, ensuring that AllerVie Health remains an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
New lease
Ross Boatwright has been hired as vice president of strategy and practice integration for the newly created AllerVie experience division. With extensive experience in healthcare strategy and business development, Boatwright will play a central role in leading patient experience and practice integration initiatives. His expertise will be critical to identifying and piloting business growth opportunities, improving patient access and successfully integrating learnings across the organization.
